So I bought this. It is full but leaking. The leak is small but still messy. I want to punch a small hole in the bottom and drain it.

Does that hurt the value to drain it?

Did I pay a fair/okay price? $29 plus $9 shipping.

Punch the hole, Archer cans are quite common.

As to what you paid, if you are happy with your purchase you did okay.... If you are looking to "flip" it... You paid a "little more" than I would have... Ebay prices seem to have gone up, so maybe that is the going price?
