My grandfather was the General Manager for Sharpsville Boilerworks from 1921 to 1935 and the Sharmeter was designed and manufactured under him. The company is still in business and the original design drawings are in the lobby of the building. I am working on project for the Sharpsville Historical Society to document the history of the Sharmeter and Sharpville Boiler Works. My grandfather was Benjamin Franklin Jackson.
