Earlier this week I called Pergl to order new porcelain sockets for my pump. I had never bought from them before. The nice lady who answered the phone took all my info and I had my credit card in hand to give her payment. after she had all my info I was expecting her to ask for the payment info. well she confirmed the order and asked if there was anything else I needed at this time, I said no. She said OK have a great day and hung up.
I hung up and thought she never took my CC info to pay. I was thinking I'll have to call back and order again this weekend.
Well I got home from work yesterday and my wife says you got a package in the mail today. Not thinking it would be the sockets since I hadn't paid for them. Well low and behold it was my light sockets. I would have never thought a company in this day and age would ever ship something without payment beforehand.
I am very impressed with that and Pergl will now be receiving as much business as I can send there way. Just thought I would pass this info on to anyone that wants to order from a terrific company...

I ordered some pump stuff from them awhile back. No issues and they were pleasent to deal with.
Looking for phillips 66 stuff.

Ive been to his place,Chuck,his kids and full staff are all very nice people and friendly too.gave me and Val a tour of the whole place.he has lots of stuff & a few great cars.
