is there a work bench mount for an eco 98 airmeter?? bought an eco at an auction and i thought it had a homemade mount on the bottom, but after further investagating looks orig. also the air outlet hose does not come out of the hole in the harp. has a tag on the front saying to lift lever to inflate and depress lever when not in use, this tag is on the scuff plate right where the hose hook would be, also there is no hook just about a 1\2 piece sticking out where the hook would have been. just wondering if the mount was orig to an eco, or just garbage?? thanks chris

Maybe for an Islander

There should be a tag on the back of the meter, if it says 142, 144, 146, 242, 244, or 246, the head is off a ECO Islander. If it says 93 it is off an ECO 93, which has a cabinet with a air hose on a reel.

post us a picture... without seeing it or knowing the model, sounds like you most likely need a used cast or sometimes aluminum base wall mount for the bottom along with a nice stainless hose hook also, plus possibly a new [always breaking] cast metal replacement hose hook arm

be your own judge about a $35 id book but those 3 very common parts/pieces are very readily available at a number of places

if by chance you cant find them conveiently or easily... just shout!

I have a couple of wall mount brackets if you need one...Frank

Chris,I am certain you have an Islander air meter head.You description matches.The base is for mounting an air meter to the top of an Islander.The hoses came out the front so a hook wasn't needed.The lever ,bezel with tag,and base could be used by someone trying to put an Islander together.If you would like I can email you a photo of mine.

seen a pic of an islander in found along the way, that is what i have just the head and mounting ring, well that is what i had sold it on ebay with a $666.66 buy-it-now. sold quick, still have the ring though if anyone needs it. thanks for the help. chris

The same brass tag on the scuff plate was used on both the 93 and the 240 Series Islanders.

There should be an ID tag on the back, is there one?
