In my opinion the workmanship is top notch and the labor involved ,if you have ever built something of steel with your own plan & hands definetly brings a great deal of satisfaction.Great job and you can be very proud of it.From one old
welders perspective!

Very nice! A lot of time to build something like this right. It's nice that he showed all the steps in the build.
Great job. Thanks for sharing it.

IF he added up his time it took & had spent that at his regular job, he would have been able to buy a Real Sign & had it installed by a sign company w/ enough left to take wife to dinner.
BUT, now he has the Pride of doing it himself & somewhere down the line selling for Scrap.

With a shop and a car like that he is no stranger to earning money.

Appears to me, that this was a playtime and stress relief make work project. At the end of week, I would rather reflect back on a week; where, I spent a few hours every evening relaxing by having built something in the shop. Versus, having spent my time sitting around the TV and drinking beer.

Not every project in my shop, pads my wallet. Some are for soothing the soul.
