Are they worth anything.... I've taken them out of the pump I'm working on. Do people buy them? I thought about putting it on ebay. If not I may haul it down to the scrap yard for a few bucks...

Over the years, we have stripped out a ton of pumps. It may be a shame but we scraped it all. There are usually good explosion proof electric motors in each, but how many can a person store? My advice is to junk it. Best of luck.

Thanks... I may take it apart to see how the pump works and then junk it. Someone told me to keep the motor, they are worth something.

Most of us scrap the pump assembly. Too heavy and toxic to have in your house.

Good luck with your pump restoration.
