Hi,

I am starting to redo a Tokiem victory pump and I could use all the helpI can get from anyone that know anything about these. I willhave a lot of questions for this pump in hope that it will come out the way I want it to be (as close to the way it should look and operate).
These will only be the start of questions:

1. When you look at the advertisment on this pump to me, it shown a lot of small rivets at the top and bottom of the lower skin. The one that I have ever though it is the orginal one (rusted bad) showns the holes all the way around, but there is not a single rivet that is there. Does anyone know were these rivets? were there welded on, pressed on, glueon, or somehow other attached? I do not have a single rivet on my original skin left, and I find that odd that all would be gone.

2. I seen on some literture that there was a light switch on the middle cast iron bonnet, does anyone have a picture
of theirs with this switch on it. I can see on my where the switch might have went, but there is only rusted pipe with wire in going straight up, so I do not know if this is the way it was or someone down the line took the switch out.

3. Does anyone know where I could get replacements for the gallon markers. I just need the numbers themselves not the metal that it screws onto.If there is no replacement for these would a person have to have sticky emblems made for them.

#1 NO RIVETS, ALL HOLES top & bottom to vent any vapors.
#2 Switch was inside the sliding door of upper sheet metal.
#3 No one [that I know of] makes replacement #'s. UN-less I'm mistaken [again], the #'s were etched in metal & painted on.
Here is a couple of Patents for 1919 & 1921
Victory Patent #1
Victory Totalizer

Check w/ Ron Scobie for Upper Sheet Metal VICTORY VISIBLE Decals.
This Victory head [below] belongs to member BlueFox & shows an original Decal, 1 ea side.
