Not sure what the correct name is, but I'm looking for one of the round gallon counters that was used in the old horse drawn oil tankers. Usually mounted in the tool box / chest on the back of the tankers. Thanks!

They come up on ebay from time to time. One was listed forever. I watched it for months almost placed bids,but I couldn't figure out why I wanted it.
