Is this a US 66 highway sign? If so, is it porcelain, steel or aluminum? Why not post a photo?

I dont have a picture but I can get one. it is a phillips 66 sign and post and I think it has lights that point up from the bottom of the sign.It has some rust on the sign but a lot of surface rust on the post.
