the picture in the news article appears to be an SSR... and looks really similar to the one at the recent Cataloged auction in Indiana... did Alan buy it?

Thank you to everyone for the wonderful thoughts and prayers. Alan has 3-4 months of recovery (which means he will try to do it in 3 weeks) he is not a patient man when he wants something! Lol. We are in the trauma icu and will maybe get to go home Monday.

He had a fellow collector friend with him. His friend is in good condition but quite a bit of pain. Please take a moment to send prayers and thoughts his way.

Again thank you so much for thinking of us!

Hope Alan is on the mend and recovering. I got to talk with him for quite a while at Iowa Gas and enjoyed the conversation!
