Hi all,
I've had this yardstick for many years; acquired from the basement of an old house I owned. I looks like it was used to measure the amount of gallons (of something, probably oil) in a large tank and I think it was a Chicago company but does anyone know any more about this piece?

We called them drum gauge sticks for 55 gallon drum & 35 gallon kegs.
I use to get them at trade shows from gasoline equipment suppliers as hand-outs.
Yours has some age because of the way the telephone number is listed.
