Well, my son went deer hunting and fell asleep under a cedar tree. He woke up to a noise 10 yards away. It was a buck. He slowly picked up his black powder gun. Took careful aim and click, misfire. The buck looked at him like he was crazy, snorted a couple of times and trotted away. He came back to the house and fixed the gun and went out again and never saw another one. Now for the good part. He and my grandkids got my Standard sign up. I didn’t think that he could do it because it was so windy and I offered several suggestions. He said “just let me do it.” So I took these photos while they put it up. Not sure if I like it. But it is there to stay. This was a great family weekend. Bob and Karen Drake came by Monday and we had a great time. They sure are nice people. Bob took some pictures and will probably post them later. They brought me a great Mobil OB can that I didn’t have. As I said, they sure are nice people.    ------------------

Great looking family Rex and they hang signs too. You can't beat that! The cool Standard sign is just in the right place.

I took this picture when we were at Rex and Nita's last month. I was trying to get a picture of the girls, but Rex insisted he should be in the picture too. Just kidding! We sure enjoyed checking out Rex and Nita's collections, but most of all we had a great time visiting with them. Bob
