We are posting some of the service pins that were given to me and my wife during our oil career.
The Atlantic pin was given to me after completing 5 years. The Union 76 was given to me upon completing 5 years. When we had our own oil business, Mobil awarded us the third pin as an award for being in the top 40 lubricant sales in the U.S.A.
These chevrons were awarded to our company for 30 and 35 years of service as a Chevron Distributor. The 35 year pendent came on a string of onyx and gold beads.
As most of you know, I collect KYSO. The first display box contains 6 service pins from 1year to 25 years. In increments of 5 years. It took me a while to put these together.
The second display box has 5 service pins that were given to a lady who worked in the Jackson, Mississippi division office for Standard Oil of Kentucky. The 25 year pin in this set has a diamond and the pins are slightly different than in the first display box.
