After I get it started to free up, I take a flat piece and put it in my drill. Then on the bottom the is a little x piece that originally went to the pump. I stick it in that x slot and run the drill while spraying PB blaster on everything. Frees it up really good.
Then you will be able to put a motor on the bottom to make the computer work. I used a rear wiper motor out of a Jeep Cherokee. Just have to remove the stop that makes it reverse back and fourth.
