The book Guide to Gasoline Logos says that Pierce Pennant had extensive gasoline marketing in Mexico and marketed in the South Central states in the 1920s. Bought out by Sinclair in 1930. There are 7 different Pennant globes listed in the Benjamin-Henderson Gas Globe book. That would make me think that there were more than just a few stations.

The Rush "stovepipe" model H gas pump was introduced in 1925 according to the Illustrated Guide to Gas Pumps.
