Quickie Latin to English translation:

ditat - endowed with, having the characteristic of...
servate - being saved, saved, saving
fides - assurance, truth, trustworthiness

Sounds like some kind of company slogan to me... roughly "we are endowed with thrift and trust", so something like "We're Your Thrifty and Trustworthy Choice"...and the lion (or is it a griffin?) rampant/coat of arms looks vaguely Scottish to me...
