I have about a dozen cars and the more I look at this the more I like it. Glad to hear I'm not alone. My wife keeps telling people her idiot husband bought a hearse but I don't think they would have put a heater in the back if it was. My daughter (14) who generally doesn't care for my cars, except my 40 Ford, thinks it's pretty cool and wants me to take her and friends to school in it. My 17 year old son has claimed it as his. here's a pic of the interior and an ad I found on line.

Hi larry, thought about doing the street rod thing but I took so much crap for putting a Desoto hemi in my 32 Auburn that I think I'll leave this one alone. Also the car came to me from Georgia. I've been contacted by a newspaper in Elkhart Lake WI that wants to do a story on it. I'm hoping to get some pics of it from them.

Neil, you've got a real winner there. Great body style and with the longer wheel base a smoother ride when you get her road worthy. Very, very nice, congrats.

Neil, I can just imagine this vehicle, fully restored back to original, going across the stage of a Barrett-Jackson auction!

I'd drive it "as is". It will turn heads no matter what you do, but if I were to "throw money" at it I'd approach it as a limo.

Great find!!
