The stainless steel door probably has a twist to it making it not center with the latch on the pump. just pull the twist out of it. It looks like you are missing the lock cylinders for the stainless doors.
The ad glass for the top of your pump is available through most venders, try
www.gaspump.com He will have the ones you need. Ron will also have the correct rubber to hold the ad glass and door glass in place. He also sells the door glass, which has curved ends and is a little more difficult to have cut at the hardware store.
Some light rubbing compound and a shop rag will help clean up those faces.
