I was wondering????? Do those of you that have pumps displayed outside, have them affixed to the ground in some way? I'm thinking of the ferocious North Dakota winds that we get sometimes. It isn't very often that it tops 50mph but sustained 40 mph winds in this country are frequent and we have had gusts to 70, every once in a while!
