I'm young enough to only have pulled up to a gas pump that had a digital reading. I cant really grasp the concept what this would be used for. I named it a "lubester" because thats what I truely believed that it was. I didnt realize that service stations had pumps like this one. Did they actually make sales from a pump like this one, or was it more of a piece of equipment that was maybe used by a mech. tech. in one of the bays?
I know that I was giving Jack a hard time but I truely enjoy milking you guys for all this kind of information. Its a pleasure to hear all the stories and its an honor to learn from them. Thats one of the reasons why I enjoy this hobby so much.
So I guess what I'm saying is, thanks to all the "old timers" and not so old timers.
