Does anyone know where to get replacement rubber rollers for the hose hole? (pictured)

I found a cool date code... says STATE REPAIR %%%%%? But the date is 1962. Is there anything else i can use to find the manufacturing date?

The computer is in pretty good shape. But, can i get some tips on touching up some scratches on the wheels?
