All 12 of the computer wheels and a set of the price wheels(6) are included. The first computer I replaced the wheels in took about an hour and a half. The pins are easy to remove as long as you have a good set of punches and know how to use them. First use a small taper punch to start the pin moving then use a pin punch to drive out. Most people try to drive pins out by first using a pin punch and the only thing you will accomplish is bending and breaking the punch. As long as you can comprehend what you are reading the manual will walk you right thru it. I always had the attitude that if somebody else could do it then I could too.
