Is it marked as a reproduction and dated?

Jack, I did indicate right away that it is a copy of a G & B Model 84.

It was only a question. We discuss many times here that reproduction items must be marked and dated. What is wrong with marking and dating a gas pump?

Bill, Glad you decided to share your fine project. For those who do not know Bill, he is a class act and fine restorer. Take time to talk with him, if you ever get the chance. Very informative. Paul www.severngaspumps.com

Stopped in to see Bill and Glenda Biggs today. Bill wanted me to see his G & B Model 84 Clockface showcase pump. Being a pump guy, I just stood there and looked at it for 10 minutes before I said anything (all of you who know me, know that, that is impossible). I just couldn't believe the detail on this pump. As soon as I got home, I pulled this post up to see the pictures. This is a must see showcase pump in person. The pictures just do not show the great craftsmanship and detail that Bill put into it. If you don't have a showcase pump in your collection, this would be the one to have. Great job, Bill. I'm thinking about having you do me one in Texaco!
