I'm not sure what #2 pffe is - it looks to be a #2 diesel/fuel/kerosene middle distillate cut from a crude unit, but without more info, it's impossible to tell. Different producers use different names for their intermediate products, even depending on which processing unit it came from.
I'd be reaaaaaaal careful about shipping that bottle filled with any kind of hydrocarbon... I can tell you right now that that product will be classified as Level 1 hazardous (Flammable), possibly a toxin too - and that container (a sample bottle for the lab, unlikely a sales sample) does not meet the current spec for shipping a hazardous material on any carrier in North America. With the current level of alert out there about such things, I simply would not recommend selling it to anyone without knowing exactly what is in the bottle, and I would never ship it - by any means...
Just my opinion - as a guy licensed to air-ship just about anything anywhere...
