I have that door but I make it out of cast iron with the tab on the back. I also make the other style with two mounting holes and no tab on the back. I have only seen a couple of cast iron doors that look like yours. The one I'm looking to make a few copies of is that elusive cast iron one...
Let me know if you need the larger lower door (square).
