The 870 with a ledge is the 870-A, introduced in 1933. This was probably Tokheim's last use of the clock meter in a pump sold for retail use. Pumps that had clock meters after 1934 were sold as non-computing pumps. I have ads, sales literatue and parts/repair manuals for this pump.
