Even worse is when my father-in-law is right. I have my Fry 10 ready to paint to Polly black and green with a great blue cylinder. So he says wow that would look really good as a Gulf with that blue glass. Oh I hated to admit he was right and of course my wife chimes in agreeing with him also. I almost want to put in a clear acylic cylinder in and paint in Poly just to show'em:) But I won't I think they're right. I hate that.

People with little background often make the best critics. They are not influenced by cost or profit, value or time. Just pure look. I often ask the old lady her opinion just to see how it looks to the common eye. Good luck with it in either direction.

Thanks I think the blue glass looks nice on nay pump but it would look better with the Gulf blue and orange.
