I am making my own pump glass with add on it.What paint would you use for the white background, spray window frosting or regular white spray enamel?It seems like the frosting is not opaque enough.Any ideas as to what paint they use on professional made add glass.Thanks for any help

I made my own ad glass on a Bowser. I lightly sandblasted the opposite side of the glass that the letters go on. It gives the glass a whitish etched look. You could keep going over the glass with the sand blaster till you are happy with the etching.
I used a bench top blaster with silica sand and turned the psi down.
