I am not an expert on Grizzly. I had one that was 42' (I think that was the size), and it was dead mint that didn't sell for that kind of money. I do remember a discussion that the 60' sign was very scarce, more so than any other Grizzly sign. I hope Minuteman reads this post and chimes in. He knows Grizzly items very well.
