Here are a few photos of a replica Sunoco station we built in our garage. We didn’t have the room to build the entire station so we just built a facade using all reclaimed lumber, roofing, door, window and hardware. We have photos of a 20’s Sunoco station that was in our town that were given to us by a late neighbor. We were able to build our station to replicate the one in the photos and find many of the signs that were in the original photos. The door and window double as display cases for miscellaneous items… The Sunoco letters and the neon arrow came off a local station that were hung in the 30’s. We were able to purchase them from the man that hung them… Enjoy, Keith

Nice pictures guy's.

Tooter I've got to admit I'm a symmetrical nut and that layout was the first thing I noticed, nice job.

Last year I was traveling on hwy 36 through Missouri and Illinois and there is a very nice gas station next to a house and restored cars waiting to fill up. I'm thinking it was near the Illinois river on the south side of the hwy. If your traveling that route you'll see it.
