So, I'm out at a customers place, looking to see whats going into the trash. Needless to say, no Wayne 60, YET. But this little drum hopped into the cab of the truck with me.

Embossed on the bottom is 19 15 34. Does anybody know what this means? I know that its old, but I doubt that the number is the date of manufacture. Any Ideas?
