OK.... So, I dismantled the little Smithway pump. Stripped it, primed it, painted it, and reassembled it with new bolts. The can, was washed down, and painted.



I've got a few NOS decals, Thank you Dick Bennett, one of which, will be put on the drum. Next project.... The cart....
