I was just wondering if repop cans come filled with oil or are they always empty? I'm assuming that if the seller isn't asking much then they wouldn't go to the trouble of filling the can and soldering on a new top.

I don't know if repro cans are full or not, but the tops on all sealed cans are crimped on.
