Has anyone ever seen or heard of Last Chance Gas gas station in old pictures or know if it was a real gas station or if any gas stations used last chance gas porcelain pump plates if so what part of the country were they in ?? any history would help.

gotcha thank you. but was there ever last chance gas. It would of been a great name for a station. has anyone ever seen or heard of the station.

I'm sure there were many "Last Chance for Gas" signs in actual use back in the day, particularly in sparsely populated areas. Caution has to be used because new "Last Chance" signs have been sold as decorator items for many years.

In Walla Walla there was a staion on the edge of town called the last chance gas station. Was a small independent with a hand painted name on the front of the building. Don't ever recall seeing any pictures of the station in the day, just the closed station when I was growing up. Richard
