Can anyone tell what brand this is and how was it used. Mounted on a tank or the ground, etc. Thanks.

I'm told this was a Gilbert And barker . I do know for a fact that these were used both in doors and out under canopies . Ed Shaver

With that base, it would not have been mounted to a tank. This is a commercial pump, used anywhere it was not necessary to compute the number of gallons or the price.

Some might call this a a pre-visible, but companies were still making these in the 1960s.
