cmeon66, you are right in that if I ask I will get an answer, and all were appreciated. I now know more on this subject. My plans are to remove all guts, disassemble, clean, reassemble, and put back together as I have done cars. I further plan at this stage to build a tank to fit in the bottom area of the pump to hold light weight oil, re-route the lines from the hose connection back to the tank so that the pump will run and everything move like it should. A closed circuit system. Yes, it will be outside of my shop, with safety measures.
