Yes I would if it was a can that I felt I had to have to complete my collection. That being said I would not give a grand for a can that is worth 100 bucks. But I would for a can say worth 7 to 800 if I felt I had to have it for my collection. I bought a pump at an auction probably five years ago, it's a tokheim 39 tall all original. It even had the original fire chief ad glass and signs that are perfect. I paid 750 for it people thought I was crazy for doing that. Now ask yourself how many people would buy that from me today at that price. I don't want to start an argument everyone is different in how they buy and collect, this is just the way I do it.
