First of all... do you like the looks of the pump? If so and it's straight offer him $200 and if he declines then give him the $250, at least you tried. The 39 is a nice pump... if you do a search here on oldgas under "showcase" we did a pump of the month that was all Tokheim 39's. Good luck!
