Hi, I am new to the board and somewhat new to collecting (less than 2 years). Started with a few lubesters, then pumps, now getting the itch for signs. Somebody stop me!!!! But really, this site and board is great. Thanks for all the great info and postings. I've lurked in the background reading now I am finally registered and here! Welcome from the old man of petroliana. I am writing from a standpoint of referring to the items you own by their correct names. Lubesters mean that they were used to lube something. That means they contained grease. Since none of the items in your great collection had grease in them, they were not lubsters, they were oil dispensers. I know Dick B. will tell me again not to post anything after I come home from throwing darts and drinking a few!!!,but seriously, shouldn't we be calling the equipment by their correct name? Thanks ALL! Very cool hobby, VERY COOL people. I think I may have even met a number of you, I know Don for sure. I usually tag along with Dale and Van (My Dad). They are the enablers! I'm having a great time with all of it. I can't wait for Sea Bach 07. I've come over the past few years with my little guy who is now 3. Getting him started early and making it a tradition. Might get lucky and pick up a few more "oil dispensers"...  . Thanks again. Love the photos everyone shares, fun and good inspiration. I'll try posting another one. OK, I think I've figured out the upload. Here's another one I did up to match my 1939 Farmall A. I also did a John Deere themed Tokheim 39 Tall to go with my 1947 John Deere A. Fun and little different.
