Copied from Ebay's Feedback policy, Ebay says this is a vilotation:
Feedback left by a member who bid on or purchased an item solely to have the opportunity to leave negative feedback for the seller, with no intention of completing the transaction.
This guys bid on two of my items, two days later he leaves negative feedback without even a notice that he does not want the items.
Sent all this to Ebay, they say it does not meet their criteria.
Their system is so screwed up, I once received negative for a book that I sold, I didn't even write the book, he just didn't like it....and you guessed it correctly, Ebay said they couldn't do anything about it.
This guy is really vandictive, I will follow the rules, I am going to continue to report him as a non-bidder, if he doesn't pay, I'll wait until near the end of the 90 days I have to leave feedback, and then I will be forced to leave him three negative feedbacks if Ebay doesn't do anything. Don't like to do this, but when you try to do everything right, and then they say they can't do anything, well......
Really wanted to spend all this time on the new book, but I just couldn't let this slip by.
