Now that I received these cool Atlantic High-Arc lenses from Minuteman, I have a couple questions:

What does the Hi-Arc refer to?

I am guessing it was Atlantic's High Octane selection? If so, what may the "ARC" refer to?

What time period did Atlantic use this?
