Kevin's right about the thermometer if it is damaged on the ring. They aren't easily fixable/replaceable components.
The rack the bottles are in is about the lowest level and can be bought for $35-60.
The spouts on the bottles look to be generic and have no caps. Look to see if they have Shell on them, if not, they don't add much value like more rare cap/spout combinations.
The bottles themselves, if Sunoco is painted/silkscreened on them that's good, if they are stickers then it's bad. If they are vintage generic oil bottles with applied labels rather than painted on these can be bought as cheap as $35ea. Sunoco general bottles(not marine or special grade indicators) like these look to be can sell $50-70 each and turn up as singles and pairs all the time on eBay. Buying them that way is a lot more expensive than buying a complete rack.
If the bottles are good, you can walk up on these at shows for $350 and as much as $550 from normal dealers. Generic bottle rack sets can be found $285-450 here in the south. This is discounting walking up on someone just cleaning out an old garage of course and selling them for under $100.
