does anyone know what this is for.it is 14" and has 20 light sockets around it.it sounds like it has a transformer inside it buzzing.all the lights light up.nothing inside does.and there is no way to get in it.it came with a collection of gas pumps I bought.i thought it would be cool on a pump.anyone have any info would be a great help.

Reminds me of a Chrysler Pentastar logo. Looks as if something was taped/glued to it at one time and has long since came off.

I drilled out one side of the rivets.it has a motor the turns to open and close a set of contacts9 of the bulbs go on and off.still not sure what it's off of but it's cool.
