That is not a police dog it is "THE WATCHDOG of HONEST MEASURE", i have that pump with porcelain faces, call it my dog pump, Also that is one of the only electric faces made that has left and rights which dont interchange, will try to send pic of pump , looks like midget Wayne 70 that had a high speed accident with a continental kit!!
