Thank you for all your great advice, I will have to search locally.

And I can't believe it... Scott did email back. Here is what he said:

"The problem is several companies used the term "Green Gas" in the 1930s as a motor grade gasoline. Sinclair did, but they didn't use 16.5 inch globes, Deep Rock did but they didn't use 16.5 inch globes either. Other companies used Green Gas but I can't say for sure which one it might be. WIthout a name on it there is no way to say for sure. It's possible it was just made for no specific company-just a generic globe any company could use if they sold "Green Gas". Scott."

Another Company from the 1930's that used Green Gas...was Fargo Oil Company from Denver, Colorado. Ron

I was thinking the same thing Ron. But my Far-go is different, and I cant make out the globe in my picture. I need to get down to the library for a better pic.
