Hey guys; I finally got a few restorations out of the way (muscle car, tractor, coke machine, gas pump) and have started tearing down my eco tireflator model 97 for a full resto. Mine has been spray bombed red years ago, but without a doubt it was white from the factory. The whole inside is white, under the red paint over the whole meter including the base is white, etc.
My question is, how rare is a white one? Would it be worth less than a red one if I restored it white, or does it matter? I think I would prefer red, but if a factory one is rare or valuable then I might be persuaded to change my mind~!
