Well I got a globe yesterday that I was excited to get. Well that changed when I opened the box & got it unwraped. It was well packed & double boxed & wrapped in bubble wrap. They tryed to deliver it twice & no one was home. The box has one corner smashed in. Did it make them mad that no one was here the first two times & toss it in the truck or what. There where fragile stickers all over the box. Now I have a very expensive narrow glass body. Now to deal with the claims dept. I usually had good luck with Fed Ex untill now. What value should I put the body to deduct that from the claim? Thanks Brad
