OK, I have been a member for years and restored maybe 20 pumps myself. I am not one of the regulars who is on here all the time. Yesterday I acquired this. I think it is a gas station related sign pole. But I thought I would ask you guys.
This thing measured 11 feet 2 inches from flange to tip. Its a 16 base flange and the fat end of the tapered portion is 10 inches. Its narrows to 5 inches.
Now I have a visible pump that was once restored and I will do so again. I have recently moved to Idaho and want an island and am wondering if this will look good on it. And if it will what kind of sign or light could I use on it? And there are not that many signs available around here, so what could I use?
any ideas.
