I would cut the top off flush and weld 6x6 1/2 thick plate in it so you can install a 4" sch 80 pipe in it to your desired height and make it a swinging style post of your desired brand . I have a question, how did you manage to get the rebar perfectly round. did you heat it up or use some sort of tool?
