Well, I finally started tearing the old pump apart. I found when I removed the top that it had been repaired. Apparently someone screwed a large round plate over the orginal hole. It appears that the original hole had rusted. Does anyone have a photo of the top of a Wayne 70 or atleast give be the diameter of the hole. I'm not sure if to repair the top or see if anyone has one for sale. I could also use a photo of the top, from inside the pump to see how the light is fixed for installing a globe. Thanks and sorry so many stupid questions.

Craig, there are no stupid questions here. It's stupid only to not ask the question. We are all learning, even the experts. If we share our experiences together we all benefit, even those who read and never post.
